ATLANTA -- The 2025-26 MIAA Regular Season Champion University of Central Missouri Jennies Basketball Team received special mention for its academic performance on the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) Division II Top 25 Team Academic Honor Roll released on Tuesday, July 21.
The Jennies posted a team GPA of 3.710 for the 2025-26 academic year, finishing just outside the top 25 and earning special mention honors.
UCM is one of three MIAA women's basketball programs to earn a spot on the Top 25 Team Academic Honor Roll or Special Mention.
The WBCA Academic Top 25 recognizes NCAA Division I, II, and III, NAIA, and two-year college women's basketball teams across the nation that carry the highest combined GPAs, inclusive of all student-athletes on their rosters, for the entire season. The 2025-26 season is the 31st in which the WBCA has compiled the honor rolls.
