BOLIVAR, Mo. (March 17, 2019) - Central Missouri Mules baseball overcame two multi-run deficits in their 7-6 series final win over Southwest Baptist. The Mules won the final two games of the series for a 2-1 series win. The Mules move to 16-8 this season and 8-4 in the MIAA.
Play-by-Play

• Just a half inning later, the Mules responded with four in the third. What should have been the end of the inning, started the Mules rally as

• Still batting in the third,
Michael Sinks and
Micah Evans picked up back-to-back two-out RBI singles for a 4-3 UCM lead.Â
• The lead lasted only another inning as one big swing put SBU up 6-4. Hunter Hisky went deep to right for a three-run home run for the Bearcats in the fourth.
• The Mules tied the game in the fifth as
Zak Whalin kept a ball fair just inside the left field line for a double to score Sinks and
Harrison Schnurbusch.Â
• With two outs in the sixth Webb reached base with a single and made it all the way to third. He came around to score the game-winning run on a balk.
