Last Time Out
Central Missouri's 10-game winning streak came to a close at the hands of Fort Hays State. After being off for two and a half weeks, the Jens were a little rusty against the Tigers, falling 69-59 after pulling within five late.
Paige Redmond scored 22 for the Jens. Two nights, later the Jens started a new winning streak, blowing out Nebraska-Kearney 73-58. Central Missouri opened the game up 22-4 after the first quarter. Four Jens scored in double-figures led by career-high 17 points from
Kayonna Lee and
Megan Skaggs. Lee also posted a double-double with 14 rebounds.
Previously vs. Northwest Missouri and Missouri Western
The Jennies opened up MIAA play against the Griffons back in December. The Jens closed the game on a 13-1 run to overcome a seven-point fourth quarter deficit, defeating the Griffons 66-58. UCM outscored Missouri Western 24-13 in the fourth quarter and held the Griffons to one field goal the final 4:30 of the game. One week later it was the same story this time the Jennies came back from down 15 against the Bearcats in a 61-55 win. After scoring just 19 first half points, UCM scored 24 in the final frame and used a 20-7 second half run to pull out the win.
Jennies at Home
Since opening the seasons at the Multi, the Jens have played only two games at home since the middle of November. That hasn't mattered too much as UCM is 8-1 away from Warrensburg. In those four games at home, the Jennies are 3-1 with three straight wins and 2-0 in conference home games.Â
MIAA Leaders
Central Missouri's

Kayonna Lee remains in the MIAA top-five in rebounds per game with 8.2, ranking fifth.
Ashley Duffy is third in the conference shooting 49.3% from behind the arc.Â
As a team, the Jennies are fourth in the conference in scoring with 75.5 points per game. They're just allowing just a hair over 60 points per game, 60.2, which is seventh in the league.Â
The Jennies are fourth in turnover margin at 5.62. Their opponents are averaging 18.3 turnovers per game, which is fourth in the MIAA and the Jens 12.7 turnovers are the third fewest in the league and their 165 total turnovers is the fewest in the MIAA.Â

Threes Company
The Jennies have not been shy about pulling the trigger when it comes to three-pointers. UCM has taken 287 3FG attempts this season, just a shade over 22 attempts per game, and their 37.3% on three's is 22nd in the NCAA.Â

• The Bearcats have been one of the best shooting teams in the MIAA. They're fifth the nation in three-point percentage, shooting 39.1% from beyond the arc this season (110-281).
