Maryville, Mo. – The No. 21 Central Missouri Jennies (16-8, 13-3 MIAA) swept Northwest Missouri State (9-15, 6-10 MIAA) on Tuesday night, 25-17, 25-21, 25-11. The Jennies hit .327 in the match with 44 kills.Â
Central Missouri held the lead for the entire first and third set of the match, beginning the game with three points in a row.
Mackenzie Harding scored the final two points of the set for the Jennies, with a kill and a solo block. In the second, the Bearcats tied the Jennies five times in the first half of the set, taking their first lead in the set at 14-13. The Jennies didn't let Northwest Missouri State run away with the set, catching the Bearcats at 16-16, and scoring five more points to take a 21-16 lead. The set ended with a Bearcat attack error. In the third and final set, the Jennies took a 6-0 lead, and earned six more points while holding Northwest Missouri State to three. With a kill from
Molly Lawrence, and back-to-back Bearcat errors, the Jennies took the match.

Carly Sojka hit .426, with 15 kills in the match.
Haley Thompson had nine kills, with two blocks and an ace.
Maddie Jones had seven kills, and hit .333, with two blocks.
Kourtney Thompson had a team-high three blocks, with 39 assists and three kills.
Shelby Winkelmann had 13 digs, while
Annie Reilly had 14 digs. Winkelmann also had an ace in the match.
Becca Blaise had three kills and a block.
