MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. -- The 16th-ranked Central Missouri Mules ran to a third place finish out of 40 teams and the Jennies finished in 14th place out of 32 on Saturday morning at the Minnesota Roy Griak Invitational.
For the Mules,
Laban Sialo finished in fifth place in an 8K time of 25:31.20.
Tyler Stuber was seventh in 25:37.20.
Ben Barrows came in 30th place for UCM in a time of 26:14, while
Adam Tredway finished 37th in a time of 26:20.8 and
Spencer Hudson was 67th in 26:41.6.
Cameron Bogue finished 94th (26:59.0) and
Austin Gott was 140th (27:25.5).
On the women's side,
Megan Glamann was the top finisher for UCM in 16th place in a 6K time of 22:58.4.
Courtney Klaty was 33rd in a time of 23:33.1.
Allie Rexroat finished in 104th for UCM in a time of 24:39.5.
Christine Wigginton finished 169th in 25:46.9.
Tia Smith was 204th (26:18.3),
Samantha Merritt was 246th (27:13.2) and
Haley Russell finished 264th (27:39.7).
Augustana (S.D.) captured both the men's and women's team titles.
The Mules and Jennies are both back in action on October 12 at the Central Methodist Invitational in Fayette, Mo.
