WARRENSBURG, Mo. -- The Central Missouri cross country teams had good showings at the annual Mule Run at Keth Memorial Golf Course on Saturday morning with the Mules capturing the men's team championship and the Jennies coming in third.
Adam Tredway won the men's individual title and
Megan Glamann won the women's crown.
The Mules had the top four finishers in the men's race and six of the top seven. Tredway won the crown in a time of 20:22.38 and was followed closely by
Tyler Stuber in 20:24.54.
Laban Sialo finished third in 20:39.35 while
Ben Barrows was fourth in a time of 20:46.59.
Cameron Bogue finished sixth (21:07.32) and
Austin Gott was seventh (21:14.27).
Spencer Hudson finished 10th for the Mules in 21:20.52 and J.P. Espinoza was 11th in a time of 21:34.69. The Mules scored 15 points to best runner-up Benedictine by 69 points.
On the women's side, Glamann finished in a 4K time of 14:44.27 to claim the individual title.
Courtney Klaty was seventh in 15:03.55 with
Allie Rexroat in 12th at 15:16.46.
Alissa Keil finished 35th in a time of 16:04.64 with
Christine Wigginton in 37th at 16:13.08.
Tia Smith finished in 55th place (16:49.96) and
Samantha Merritt was 61st (16:56.80).
The Jennies finished with 84 points trailing team champion Columbia College (46 points) and runner-up Baker with 59 points.
Both teams are back in action in two weeks at the Roy Griak Minnesota Invitational in Minneapolis, Minn.
