2014 • Junior: Played in 17 matches and 47 sets making eight starts … Landed 64 kills and had a combined 15 blocks … Recorded a career-high eight kills and five blocks against Colorado Mesa (Sept. 12) … Finished the season with a .125 attack percentage ... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.  

2013 • Sophomore (at Cowley County CC): A first team all-conference and all-district honoree, helping Cowley County to conference and district championships ... helped lead the team to a national championship.

2012 • Freshman (at Cowley County CC): A first team all-conference and second team all-district honoree, while helping Cowley County CC to a conference district championships and a national runner-up finish.

In High School: McDougald was a three-year letterwinner at Rose Hill High School. She earned All-Conference honorable mention her sophomore year, and was also named the most improved player on the team. She was second team All-League her junior year, and first team her final season. She was also named the league’s Most Valuable Player her senior year. McDougald is first all-time at Rose Hill High in kills (923), and hitting percentage (.254).
