2014 • Sophomore: Started all 31 matches for the Jennies and played in all 109 sets … Set new career highs with 325 kills and 2.98 kills per set … Her .318 attack percentage was tops on the team and second in the MIAA … Also recorded 1.09 blocks per set, another career-best … Put back 18 solo blocks and 101 block assists for 119 total blocks, leading the team in all three categories … Ranked in the top-10 in the MIAA and top-50 in Division II in total blocks and blocks per set … Recorded 406 points during the season, second-best on the team … Also logged 68 digs and picked up nine assists … Landed a career-best 22 kills with a .656 hitting percentage in the season opener against Indianapolis (Sept. 5) and had 17 matches with at least 10 kills … Set a new career-best with eight total blocks at Nebraska-Kearney (Nov. 1) … MIAA Hitter of the Week and AVCA National Player of the Week (Sept. 8) … Named All-MIAA First Team and AVCA All-Region First Team … Selected AVCA All-American Third Team … Was also an MIAA Scholar Athlete and named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

2013 • Redshirt Freshman: A Daktronics All-Region Second Team selection ... Earned AVCA All-America Honorable Mention in her first collegiate season ... Also earned honorable mention for  AVCA All-Region ...  Selected for the All-MIAA Second Team ... Played in all 35 matches for the Jennies ... Finished the season with the highest hitting percentage on the Jennies Squad at .337, second in the MIAA and 42nd nationally ... Had a season-high 6.0 blocks in the season-opening match against Western New Mexico on Sept. 6 ... Also had a season-high hitting percentage againt Texas Woman’s on Sept. 7, at .714 (15-0-21) ... Had at least 3.0 blocks in 22 matches on the year, with a 0.80 blocks/set average ... Hit at least .300 in 21 matches, and was over .500 nine-times ... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and named an MIAA Scholar-Athlete with at least a 3.5 GPA and having earned All-MIAA honors.

In High School: Thompson was an all-state selection after her senior season, as well as a member of her all-region and all-conference teams … An all-state honorable mention selection her junior year, while earning all-district and all-conference first team honors … An honorable mention all-region selection after her junior season … All-region second team member in her sophomore season of 2009 … Thompson was a member of the Nixa HS district championship teams in 2009 and 2010 … The Eagles also won the Central Ozark Conference title in 2010 … Three-time academic all-state honoree.
