Cross Country: Ran in four races during the season with two 5K races and two 6K races … Had a season-best 5K at the Missouri Southern Stampede, running 21:19.80 … Season-best 6K was at the Kansas Rim Rock Classic, completing the course in 26:27.1 … At the MIAA Championships, ran 26:54.85 for 6K.

Indoor Track: Ran mostly the 800m and had a season-best 2:33.80 at the Mule Relays … Also ran the mile and completed the race in 5:55.60 at the UCM Invitational.

Outdoor Track: Did not compete … Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

2015-16
Cross Country: Raced in all five meets as a sophomore, setting PR’s in both distances competed in … Ran a personal-best 6K at the MIAA Championships, completing the course in 25:53.4 … Set a new PR in the 5K as well, running 20:15.25 at the Missouri Southern Stampede … Ran at the NCAA Central Region Championships, finishing the 6K race in 26:56.77 … Had a top-20 finish at the CMU Invitational, running 21:13.01 to place 18th in the 5K race.

Indoor Track: Competed in two events at the MIAA Championships running a leg on the ninth place DMR team … Placed 11^th in the 800m run in a season-best 2:22.77 … Placed fifth in the 600 yard run at the Mule Relays running a PR 1:31.86.

Outdoor Track: Placed 15^th at the conference meet in the 1500m run running 5:14.79 … Ran a season-best 5:14.19 in the event at the ESU Relays.

2014-15
Cross Country: As a freshman for the Jennies ran in five races … Set a personal-best in the 5K at the St. Louis Pharmacy Fall Classic running 21:41 and finishing 56th out of 137 competitors … Also ran a PR time in the 6K at the MIAA Championships, crossing the line in 26:16.98 … Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track: Primarily ran the 800m indoors, setting an indoor season-best at the UCM Classic, running 2:27.72 and finished third … Competed in the mile at the UCM Indoor Relays, running 5:39.42.

Outdoor Track: Ran at six different meets … Set a season-best in the 800m at the Pittsburg State Gorilla Classic, running 2:22.54 … Competed at the MIAA Championships in the 800 and ran 2:24.09 and finished 18^th … Ran a season-best 1500m at the ESU Relays, crossing the line in 5:11.40.

In High School: Ran at Warrensburg High School ... Was named All-Conference, All District and All-Sectional ... Was a part of the conference championship cross country and track field teams ... Also lettered in varsity swimming, helping to lead the Tigers to a conference championship.
