Cross Country: Ran in four races during the cross country season ... Her season-best 5K time came at the Southwest Baptist Invitational to open the season where she ran 21:36.80 to finish in 51st place ... Ran a 6K at the Roy Griak Invitational in 27:51.4 ... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll for the 2017-18 season.

Indoor Track: Ran in four races, competing in the mile and 3,000m races ... Had a season-best 5:56.79 for the mile at the MSSU Lion Open and ran 11:54.26 for the 3K at the UCM Classic.

Outdoor Track: Ran the 1500m at the UCM Mule Relays home meet, and finished the race in 5:23.33.

At JCCC: Ran two seasons of cross country and track and field at Johnson County Community College for Coach Mike Bloemker ... Earned an All-American award in 2017 as a member of the 4x800m relay team ... Qualified for nationals four times, both indoors and outdoors in the 4x800m relay in 2017, with the distance medley relay in 2017 and in the 10,000m in 2016. 

In High School: Ran at Shawnee Mission South High School for three years ... Also played soccer for two years.

Personal: Daughter of Kevin and Bethany Almloff ... Majoring in Dietetics.
