As a Junior: Pitched in a total of 13.1 innings with one start and recorded an ERA of 7.35... Faced 71 batters and stuck out four of them... As a pinch runner, she was 4-4 on stolen base attempts and scored eight runs... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Before UCM: Played for two seasons at Division III Tufts University in Medford, Mass ... As a sophomore, appeared in 10 games pitching 15 innings with one start ... Struck out 14 batters and had a 1-0 record with a 3.73 ERA ... Averaged 6.53 strikeouts/seven innings ... As a freshman started seven games in 11 apperances with an 0-2 record and 7.47 ERA ... Struckout 20 batters in 30 innings.

In High School: Played high school ball at newton Country Day School ... Was a Boston Globe All-Scholastic selection. 

Personal: Daughter of Stephanie and Tim Hawkins ... Father, Tim, played baseball in Kirksville, Mo. at Truman State.
