As a Junior: The 2020 season was canceled after 17 games due to the global COVID-19 pandemic.
McCoy Appeared in one game as a pitch hitter...Was named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll for her performances in the classroom. 

As a Sophomore: Appeared in 20 games, playing second-base and batting ninth in 15 of them... Defensively, she recorded 23 putouts and 38 assists...Offensively, she had seven hits in 45 at bats, all singles... Scored five runs and drove in five while also walking twice and stole four bases... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

As a Freshman: Appeared in 28 games, mostly as a pinch-runner … Picked up three hits in eight at bats, all singles … Scored six runs and drove in two while also drawing two walks and stealing a base … Started one game at second base against Nebraska-Kearney … Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and an NFCA Scholar Athlete.

In High School: McCoy is an accomplished infielder having been named All-State as a senior at Jenks HS and four-time All-District. As a senior, won the All-District Defensive Player of the Year award at shortstop and was an All-Region First Team selection.
