2021-22
Cross Country: Ran in five races, finished eighth at the Southwest Baptist Invitational with a time of 20:32.3... Ran a 26:27.6 in the 8k at the Missouri Southern Stampede finishing 58th. 

Indoor Track: Competed in three meets, running a personal-best 8:59.00 in the 3000 meter run at the Bearcat Invite placing 38th...Posted a 4:32.65 mile finishing in 12th place finish while contributing to a 2nd place finish in the DMR with a time of 11:45.48 at the UCM Mule Relays. 

Outdoor Track: Ran in four meets highlighted by a 1st place finish in the 5000 meter run with a time of 15:54.68 and a 5th place finish in the 1500 meter run with a time of 4:21.14 at the Pittsburg State Tune-Up... Finished 21st in the 10,000 meter run with a time of 33:22.32 at the MIAA Championships. 

2019-20: Redshirted during the cross country and indoor track season and did not compete. 

2018-19
Cross Country: Competed in four races, setting a new personal-best at 8K with a 26:47.0 at the Kansas Rim Rock Classic (Sept. 29) ... Finished in 39th place at the SBU Cross Country Invitational running 24:26.9 for 7K ... Ran the 8K for UCM at the conference meet.

Indoor Track: Ran in three meets during the indoor season, competing in the 3K and the 5K ... Set a new personal-best for 3,000m running 9:21.46 at the UCM Classic (Feb. 16) and placing third ... In his only 5K race, ran 16:49.32 at the Northwest Missouri Bearcat Invitational (Feb. 8).

Outdoor Track: Set a new personal-best in the 1500m running 4:19.69 at the UCM Mule Relays (Apr. 19) ... Also competed in the 5K at the Sam Williams Twilight Qualifier (May 11) running 16:25.48. 

2017-18
Cross Country: Ran in four meets during the season with a season-best 8K time of 29:07.6 at the Fort Hays State Tiger Open ... Ran a 6K in 21:38.0 at the Central Methodist Invitational.

Outdoor Track: Ran three races at three different distances during the year ... Competed at the UCM Mule Relays in the 5K and ran 16:11.13 ... Also ran the 3,000m in 9:38.40 and had a 4:23.53 in his first career track race. 

In High School: Ran for Stockton HS ... Helped the Tigers Cross Country team to a second-place finish at the state meet in 2016 and a conference championship in track and field in 2016-17 ... Two-time All-District and All-Conference cross country performer and All-Region Second Team as a junior and senior ... Was a member of the conference championship 4x800m relay team in 2017 and also won the conference meet in the 3200m in 2016 ... Five-time All-Conference member in track and field and made the All-District and All-Section teams for 1600m in 2016 and 2017.

Personal: Son of Justin and Sheri Adams who both ran cross country and track and field at UCM ... Majoring in Accounting.
