As a Junior: Led the Mules making seven starts on the mound and throwing 32.2 innings ... Had a 2-0 record with a 3.58 ERA ... Struck out 39 hitters, averaging 10.74 strikeouts per nine innings ... Was among the MIAA leaders in strikeouts and strikeouts looking (11) ... Started and ended the year striking out eight batters in his first and final start of the year ... Opened the year allowing an unearned run on just one hit over five innings against Flagler (Jan. 31) ... Did not allow an earned run over his first 15 innings of work ... Kept the ball in the ballpark and did not allow a home run all season long. 

As a Sophomore: Had a breakout year starting 15 games and pitching to a 9-0 record and 2.88 ERA ... Led UCM striking out 95 batters and was seventh in the MIAA ... Threw 75 innings averaging 11.4 strikeouts per nine innings ... Struck out 12 batters in six innings against Emoria State (Feb. 22) and fanned 11 in just four innings against Fort Hays State (Apr. 27) ... Matched his 12-strikeout high by fanning 12 in the NCAA Division II World Series in an elimination-game win over Ashland (June 5) ... Held opposing hitters to just a .195 batting average and of his 54 hits allowed, just 14 went for extra bases ... Was named to the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) All-Region Team as well as the All-MIAA Second Team ... Was the MIAA Pitcher of the Week after his 12-strikeout performance against the Hornets.

As a Freshman: Threw six innings in four appearances with one start … Had a 4.50 ERA with five strikeouts and .217 batting average against … Held opponents to just a .143 (1-7) batting average with runners on base … Tossed a career-high four innings allowing just one run on hits with three strikeouts at Northwest Missouri (April 5).

In High School: Was a three-time varsity letterwinner ... named the 2017 Sunflower League Player of the Year ... helped his team win a regional championship his senior season.
