As a Senior: Pitched in seven games in relief and tossed 8.1 innings ... Had a 1-1 record with a 3.24 ERA ... Struck out 12 batters, averaging nearly 13 strikeouts per nine innings ... Walked only two batters and gave up just four hits ... Held opposing hitters to a .138 batting average against, the lowest of any Mule pitcher to throw at least five innings ... Picked up a win in a perfect inning and a third with two strikeouts against Rogers State (Feb. 28) ... Struck out a season-best three batters in 1.2 innings against Drury (March 3) ... Earned his first career save throwing the final 1.1 innings with two strikeouts against Mary (Feb. 16) ... Did not allow a hit to a left-handed hitter all season ... Made the MIAA Academic Honor Roll for the second straight season. 

As a Junior: Made 10 appearances including one start ... Finished with a 2-0 record and 6.75 ERA with 11 strikeouts ... Pitched better as the season went on and came up big for the Mules in the postseason ... Both wins came in postseason games ... In his first start, won the deciding game in the MIAA Championship Tournament throwing five innings and allowing two runs (one earned) against Central Oklahoma (May 12) ... Pitched on back-to-back days in the NCAA Division II World Series allowing just one hit in 3.1 innings ... Tossed two perfect innings in an elimination game against Ashland (June 5) and threw 1.1 scoreless innings with two strikeouts to earn the win and stave off elimination against Colorado Mesa (June 6) ... Made the MIAA Academic Honor Roll for his work in the classroom and earned the MIAA Academic Excellence Award.

At State Fair CC: Led the Roadrunners making 14 starts for Coach Jud Kindle ... Pitched to a 7-6 record with a 6.64 ERA while striking out 55 in 63.2 innings of work ... Threw five complete games, including a complete-game, four-hit shut out of St. Louis CC ... Led the team with a 6-3 record as a freshman ... Named All-Region Honorable Mention in 2017 and 2018 and was a two-time Academic All-American.

In High School: Played for Smith-Cotton High School in Sedalia, Mo. ... Won three conference championships and was an All-Conference and Academic All-State selection as a senior.
