Cross Country: Did not compete.
Indoor Track & Field: Ran in three meets for the Mules... Posted a personal-best mile time of 4:46.53 at the Coach Alsup Invite (Jan. 17), finishing in 40th-place... Posted a ninth-place finish at the Northwest Tune-Up (Feb. 19) 800m with a time of 1:57.29.
Outdoor Track & Field: Competed in four meets for the Mules... Ran a personal-best 800m time of 1:56.94 at the MIAA Championships (May 1), earning 20th-place... Placed 27th in the 1500m with a time of 4:43.54 at the UCM Invite (March 20).
Prior to UCM: Transferred to Central Missouri from Crowder College in Neosho, Mo….
Cross Country: A two-time NJCAA Division I Cross Country Championships qualifier… Placed fifth at the 2024 NJCAA Region 16 Championships with an 8k time of 27:31.5… Posted a personal-best 8k time of 27:13.0 at the 2024 national championships… Earned All-Region honors twice during his junior college career.
Track & Field: Member of the Distance Medley Relay team that earned NJCAA All-America honors… Posted collegiate personal bests of 1:58.96 in the indoor 800 meters and 4:13.93 in the outdoor 1,500 meters… Finished 17th in the 3,000 meters at the 2025 NAIA/Juco Challenge.
High School: Competed at West Plains High School… A key part of the Zizzers’ distance running tradition… Posted high school personal bests of 4:28.86 in the 1,600 meters and 9:55.21 in the 3,200 meters… Also held a personal best of 2:06.34 in the 800 meters.
