Prior to UCM: Was a member of the NJCAA All-American DMR team for head coach Jake Holt... Smith was also a two-time All-Region selection for the Roughriders. 

In High School: Smith posted three top-six finishes at the MSHAA Cross Country Championships highlighted by a pair of top-three performances for head coach Alicia Gunter... Ridge helped the Zizzers to three track & field and two cross country district championships... Individually, Smith was an eight-time All-Ozark Conference and seven-time All-District selection in both cross country and track. 

Personal: Son of Russell and Crystal Smith... Majoring in Sport Management.
