Cross Country: Scored for the Mules at the NCAA South Central Regional, finishing in 29th place (32:42, 10K) ... Helped his team to a conference title, finishing 22nd at the MIAA Championships ... Finished in the top ten twice, at the UCM Mule Run (sixth), and the Central Methodist Invitational (fourth).
 
Indoor Track: Just missed on scoring points at the MIAA Championships, coming in ninth in the 5,000m Run ... Set a P.R. in the 3,000m Run, placing third at the UCM Invitational (8:55.70) ... Placed fifth in the 3,000m at the UCM Classic ... Finished sixth in the 5,000m at the UCM Mule Relays.
 
Outdoor Track: Earned All-MIAA honors in both the 5,000m Run and 10,000m Run, placing sixth and seventh, respectively ... Set personal-bests in three events ... Finished the 1,500m Run in 4:11.92 at the Emporia State Relays ... The 5,000m run in 15:15.35 at the Pittsburg State Open Invitational, placing second ... 2009-10
Cross Country: One of five Mules to compete at the NCAA South Central Regional, finishing in 106th ... Placed 36th at the MIAA Championships, with a time of 26:34 in the 8K race ... Earned a season-best result at the SIU-Edwardsville Border Wars, coming in 19th place (27:03, 8K). 
 
Outdoor Track: Competed at the MIAA Championships, finishing 11th in the 10,000m Run (32:50.26) ... Placed tenth in the 3,000m Run at the Missouri Tom Botts Invitational (9:08.01) ... Placed in the top eight twice; in the 10,000m at the UCM Mule Relays (seventh, 32:30.86), and in the 3,000m at the Northwest Missouri Bearcat Open (fifth, 9:01.48).
 
Before UCM: Lettered in track and cross country... Team earned a district championships as well as state championships in 2007 and 2008.
