In 2013 (indoor): Score for the Mule at the MIAA Championships, placing 5th in the 600 yard dash and 2nd in the 4x440 yard relay ... Also had a personal record in the 600 yard dash at the MIAA Championships, at 1:14.12 ... Won the 600 yard dash at the UCM Classic ... (outdoor): Finished 19th in the 400m dash at the MIAA Championships ... Placed 4th in the 4x400 relay twice, at the Gorilla Classic and at the UCM Mule Relays.

In 2012 (indoor): Scored for the Mules at the MIAA Championships, placing 4th in the 600 yard dash ... Started the indoor season with a pair of 3rd place results, in the 600 yard dash and the 4x440 yard relay ... Ran the anchor of 4x400m relay at the Missouri Southern Lion Invite, finishing 4th ... Placed 3rd as a member of the 4x440 yard relay at the UCM Mule Relays ... Earned a 2nd-place finish in the 600 yard dash at the UCM Classic ... (outdoor): Started the outdoor season with a 3rd place finish in the 800m run at the Pittsburg State Wendy’s Open Invite ... Placed 9th at the Emporia State Relays as the second leg of the 4x400m relay ... 10th place finish in the 800m run at the Pittsburg State Gorilla Classic ... In 2011: Competed in the MIAA Outdoor Championships, placing 14th in the 400m dash while setting a new personal record.

In High School: Four-time letter winner holds the school records in the 400m, 800m, and 4x800m races... State qualifier in the 800m three years in a row (‘08,’09,’10)... ran in the Iowa cross country and track all-star meets... All-conference, All-district, and All-state in the 4x800m relay... Also lettered in football, and lettered twice in basketball.
