Cross Country: Competed in five meets for the Mules... Ran a personal-best 8k in 26:01.3 at the MIAA Cross Country Championships (Nov. 5) placing 65th... Had a 32nd place finish at the SBU Bearcat Open (Oct 21) 8k with a time of 27:46.6. 

Indoor Track: Competed in five meets for the Mules... Had a pair of top-10 finishes at the UCM Invite (Jan. 20) including a ninth place finish in the mile at 4:38.24 and helping the 4x400m relay team to a seventh place finish with a time of 3:39.59... Ran a personal-best mile time of 4:21.73 at the MIAA Championships (Feb. 24) placing 16th... Placed sixth at the 2023 Friday Night Lights (Feb. 17) in the 800m with a personal-best 1:59.37. 

Outdoor Track: Competed in five meets for the Mules... Ran a personal-best 5k of 16:14.18 at the Wash U Distance Carnival (March 31) placing 65th... Finished 18th at the MIAA Championships in the 1500m with a time of 4:02.92... Placed 19th in the 1500m run with a time of 4:07.35 at the UCM Mule Relays (April 14).  

2021-22: Did not compete due to redshirt

2020-21:
Cross Country: Ran the 8k at the Newman Team Invite in 29:08.4. 

Indoor: Competed at the UCM Invite finishing the 3k with a time of 9:38.90. 

Outdoor: Competed in four meets for the Mules ... Had a fourth place finish in the 3k at the UCM Vernon Kennedy Invite in 9:51.26.
