SEARCY, Ark. – No. 18-ranked University of Central Missouri Jennies Soccer scored four goals in the second half to break a scoreless tie and post a 4-0 shutout victory over the Harding University Lady Bisons on Friday night, Sept. 11, at the Stevens Soccer Complex.
The Jennies (4-1) are scheduled to travel to Arkadelphia, Ark., for a 1 p.m. contest at Ouachita Baptist (0-2-2) on Sunday, Sept. 13, at Kluck Field.
Ryann Clark opened the scoring for UCM in the 53rd minute, controlling a pass from
Hazel Douglas-Trotman and hammering it into the bottom right of the goal for her team-best third goal of the season. It was Douglas-Trotman's first assist of 2026.
 Just three minutes later in the 56th minute,
Hadley Lockhart doubled the Central Missouri advantage to 2-0, netting her first goal of 2026 off an assist from
Coryn Jespersen.
Maryn Clement increased the Jennies' lead to 3-0 in the 70th minute, scoring her first goal of the season via Jespersen's second assist of the contest.
Freshman
Annie Slamin netted UCM's fourth and final goal of the match in the 84th minute, tallying her first collegiate goal off Jespersen's third assist.
With her three assists, Jespersen became the 10th Jennies Soccer player to net a single-match record three assists in a match and the first since
Mikayla Ernst last season.
UCM goalkeeper
Kristen Wright (4-1) earned the win between the posts after allowing zero goals while making three saves in 86 minutes. In addition, she and freshman goalkeeper
Jamie Ricker secured their second combined shutout of 2026 and the fourth overall shutout for the Jennies this season.
For the match, Harding (1-2-1) outshot UCM, 13-12, but the Jennies bested the Lady Bisons in shots on goal (9-4) and corner kicks (9-5).
