GREEN BAY, Wis. – Haylee Bates competed in the qualifying rounds of the Intercollegiate Singles Championships, rolling games of 188, 192, 220, 181, 167, and 150 for a totaling a 1098. Her performance earned her the No. 18 seed heading into match play.

Bates faced No. 15 seed Payton Hartgrove of North Carolina A&T in the opening round, falling 527-558 in a three-game series. She concluded her run tied for 17th overall.

Bates and the Jennies return on Thursday, April 16, to compete in the Intercollegiate Team Championship at 8:00 a.m., starting with Baker matches.
