Corinth, Texas – The University of Central Missouri women's golf team sits in a tie at sixth place after the first round of the DBU Classic at Oakmont Country Club on Monday, Sept. 22. The Jennies shot an 18-hole total of 295  for 7-over par. Dallas Baptist is currently leading the tournament at 284 for 4-under par.Â
Mia Rallo led the Jennies with a score of 69 (-3) to be in second place after the first round.
Madolyn Kost is tied for 11th at even par, scoring 72 after day one.Â
Libby Green is tied in 47th after the first 18 holes, 4-over par, and scoring 78. Senior
Kiki Bruner is 6-over par and scored a 78 during the first round for a tie in 67th place. Freshman
Ansley Giesselmann rounds out the Jennies, tying in 77th, scoring an 82 (+10) in the first round.Â
The Jens will play the tournament's final round on Tuesday, Sept. 23.Â
