Jennies Basketball Special Mention in WBCA Team Academic Honors

ATLANTA -- The 2024-25 University of Central Missouri Jennies Basketball Team received special mention for its academic performance on the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) Division II Top 25 Team Academic Honor Roll released on Tuesday, July 22. 

The Jennies posted a team GPA of 3.689 for the 2024-25 academic year to finish just outside the top 25 and earn special mention honors. 

UCM is one of five MIAA women's basketball programs to earn a spot on the Top 25 Team Academic Honor Roll or Special Mention. 

The WBCA Academic Top 25 recognizes NCAA Division I, II and III, NAIA and two-year college women's basketball teams across the nation that carry the highest combined GPAs inclusive of all student-athletes on their rosters for the entire season. The 2024-25 season is the 30th in which the WBCA has compiled the honor rolls.
