INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Central Missouri Jennies bowling earned several Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) academic honors for its success in the classroom during the 2024-25 academic year, it was announced Thursday, June 26.
All-GLVC Team Academic Award
The Jens bowling team earned the All-GLVC Team Academic Award. It finished the 2024-25 academic year with a 3.67 GPA, which tied Maryville University for the highest GPA in women's bowling.

Academic All-Conference
Six Jennies earned GLVC Academic All-Conference accolades after compiling at least a 3.30 GPA during the fall and spring semesters of the 2024-25 academic year.

Brother James Gaffney Distinguished Scholar Award
Cramer, Hediger, and Lelli earned the Brother James Gaffney Distinguished Scholar Award after posting perfect 4.0 GPAs during the 2024-25 academic year.

Council of Presidents' Academic Excellence Award
Hediger was also awarded the GLVC Council of Presidents Academic Excellence Award, which is given to student-athletes who have exhausted their eligibility in the intercollegiate sport in which they participated and maintained at least a 3.5 grade point average throughout their academic careers.

In addition, the student-athlete must have competed in the GLVC for a minimum of two years and completed 96 credit hours. A student-athlete can only earn the distinguished honor once in his or her career.
