MIDLOTHIAN, Va. – The Central Missouri Jennies Bowling team capped off a strong weekend at the VUU Collegiate Invitational by capturing the tournament championship, defeating No. 3 seed Howard University, 4–3, in a thrilling final match Sunday afternoon.

Haylee Bates delivered under pressure, doubling in the 10th to secure the win and seal the title for UCM.
Earlier in the day, the Jennies opened bracket play with a 4–2 victory over No. 2 seed Morgan State, earning a bye into the championship round. Central Missouri maintained momentum throughout the weekend, showcasing consistency and teamwork across the lineup.
The Jennies' win marks another strong performance in their fall schedule as they continue to build momentum heading into their next event.
