KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association (MIAA) will host its 2025 Basketball Media Day presented by
Seigfreid Bingham on Monday, October 6, at the
College Basketball Experience in downtown Kansas City.
MIAA basketball coaches from all 14 member institutions will travel to Kansas City, Missouri, to participate in the Association's annual media day. The invite-only event will begin at 9 a.m. on Monday, October 6. Following Commissioner Mike Racy's opening remarks, MIAA head coaches will participate in 15-minute press conferences to speak on the upcoming season and take questions from media representatives in attendance.

Adam Bohac are scheduled to take the podium for their press conference at 9:30 a.m. Monday.
Emmy Award-winning basketball broadcaster Brenda VanLengen returns as the media day emcee. VanLengen has worked as a women's college basketball analyst for the ESPN networks since 1996 and as a play-by-play announcer since 2010. She's also the creator and executive producer of a groundbreaking documentary series on the origin story of women's college basketball titled
If Not For Them.

Mules Basketball is slated to tip off its 2025-26 season Nov. 7-9 at the D2CCA Tip-Off Classic in Billings, Mont., while Jennies Basketball will begin its campaign Nov. 14-15 at the MIAA/NSIC Crossover in Sioux Falls, S.D.
