WARRENSBURG, Mo. – No. 25-ranked Central Missouri Jennies soccer posted a 3-0, shutout victory over the Central Oklahoma Bronchos Friday evening, Oct. 18, at the South Recreation Complex.
The Jennies (8-3-2, 5-1-1 MIAA) are slated to host Newman (0-12-1, 0-7 MIAA) Sunday, Oct. 20, at 1 p.m. in Warrensburg.
With Friday's win, UCM head coach

Central Missouri used back-to-back goals off corner kicks in the first-half to jump out to a 2-0 advantage.
Ryann Clark blasted home a corner from
Gracie Knight in the 21st-minute before
Andree Orcutt slotted a corner from
Caroline Cole into the back of the net in the 22nd-minute. It was Clark's first and Orcutt's second goal of the season while the assists were Knight's second and Cole's fifth of 2024.
Cole put an exclamation point on the match in the 62nd-minute, scoring her fifth goal of the season from
Izzy Joyce's second assist of 2024, for the 3-0 lead and eventual victory.
For the match, Central Oklahoma (6-5-2, 3-2-2 MIAA) outshot the Jennies, 17-12, including an 8-7 edge in shots on goal, but UCM bested UCO in corner kicks, 7-3.

Kristen Wright (8-3-2) earned her fifth shutout between the posts, allowing no goals while making eight saves in 90 minutes.
Broncho goalkeeper Avery Bass (4-4-2) suffered the setback in goal, giving up three goals and making four saves in 90 minutes.
