PITTSBURG, Kan. – For the second time this season, the Mules 4x100m relay established a new school record, highlighting Central Missouri track & field at the Pittsburg State Tune Up Saturday, April 22, at Carnie Smith Stadium.

Relays

• The Mules' 4x100m relay of Cameron Hesker, Antonio Lay, Ariel Kerr and Brockton McLaughlin ran a provisional 40.04 to win the event and break the school record for the second time this season. Their time is the seventh-fastest time in NCAA Division II this season. The previous record was 40.25, which was set back on April 8, at the David Suenram Gorilla Classic, which was also at Carnie Smith Stadium in Pittsburg, Kan.
• The Jennies' 4x100m relay of Camryn Holloman, Brooklynn Holtman, Aubree Bell and Lenetta Lee ran a combined time of 48.15, winning the event.

Throws

• Rachael Molloy won the women's hammer with a provisional mark of 56.08m (184-0). She finished third in the discus, posting a mark of 40.32m (132-3)
• Abby Vogel placed fourth in the women's discus with a throw of 40.25m (132-1).

Jumps

• Evans Yamoah placed first in the men's high jump, clearing a provisional mark of 2.05m (6-8.75).
• Justin Hamrick finished fifth in the men's high jump, posting a mark of 1.90m (6-2.75).
• Kayla Goodwin cleared 1.63m (5-4.25) to place third in the women's high jump.
• The Jennies finished 2-3-4 in the women's triple jump. Goodwin posted a provisional 12.26m (40-2.75), placing second, while Maggie Klover was third with a personal-best 11.90m (39-0.5), 10th best in school history, and Camryn Holloman was fourth at 11.59m (38-0.25).

Pole Vault

• Jack Hodge won the men's pole vault, jumping a provisional 5.16m (16-11.25).
• Madi Wulfekotter placed first in the women's pole vault with a provisional height of 4.03m (13-2.75).

Sprints/Hurdles

• The Jennies went 1-2 in the women's 100m hurdles as Claire Luallen finished first with a time of 14.75 and Myah Morris was second with a personal-best 15.59.
• Antonio Lay won the men's 100m dash, running a provisional 10.26. Cameron Hesker placed fifth with a provisional and personal-best 10.48 – fifth-fastest in school history.
• Brayden Blackman ran 54.73, finishing runner-up in the men's 400m hurdles.
• Jana Shawver placed third (58.22) and Brooklynn Holtman (58.25) was fifth in the women's 400m dash.
• Michael James clocked a time of 49.59, placing third in the men's 400m dash.
• Chloee Belgum ran 2:24.41, finishing third in the women's 800m run.

Distance

• Katie Bean won the women's 1,500m run after running 4:42.40. Cynthia Togom placed third at 4:50.40.
• Brady Maher finished second in the men's 3,000m steeplechase, clocking a personal-best 9:52.89, while Colton Palmer was fourth at 10:10.12.
• Risper Mengich placed second in the women's 3,000m steeplechase with a time of 11:46.73.

The Mules and Jennies are slated to return to action April 27-29 at the Drake Relays in Des Moines, Iowa.
