LAS VEGAS, Nev. – The Central Missouri Mules (5-5, 0-4) fell to the Truman State Bulldogs (4-6, 1-1) by a final score of 77-63 on Tuesday, Dec. 19, in the final day of the Las Vegas High Desert Classic from Desert Oasis High School in Las Vegas.
After 20 minutes of play the Bulldogs led by five and never relinquished as they picked up their fourth win of the season as Kobi Williams (five assists) and CE Talton recorded 16 points each.

Caleb Nero contributed his second-consecutive 23-point outing shooting 50-percent from field including 4-of-9 from beyond the arc adding a team-best four rebounds and two steals, plus guard
Jalen Knott added 12 points for good measure.
The Mules outscored Truman State by a margin of 23-21 off the bench highlighted by junior
Raeshaun Ambris' eight points and four rebounds, while forward
Yafet Haile (two rebounds) and freshman
KJ Vasser (one assist) both collected six points respectively.

Noah Martin had three points and one assist, plus redshirt senior
Jordan Hayes (team-high four assists and four rebounds) and forward
Jack Chapman (three assists, two rebounds, and two assists) contributed two points each.
UCM returns to the court on Thursday, Jan. 4, as they continue MIAA play on the road against the Fort Hays State Tigers with tip-off scheduled for 7:30 p.m. inside Gross Memorial Coliseum in Hays, Kan.
