EDMOND, Okla. -- No. 25-ranked Jennies Golf won the Grace Shin Invitational Tuesday, Oct. 3 with a record-setting performance at the Golf Club of Edmond. The Jennies shot a combined team score of 564 (-4), winning the tournament by 29-strokes and setting a new 36-hole program record. Minnesota State took runner-up at 593 (+25) and Missouri Western took third at 594 (+26). 
Sophomore 
Mia Rallo led the Jennies, winning the individual title and setting an individual program 36-hole record posting a 140 (-2). Rallo had a colorful score card with a total of five birdies in her round. She played the front nine at 2-under par with a double bogey and four birdies. Going to the back, she combined two bogeys with another birdie to card a 70 (-1) on the day. The title also put 
Mia Rallo in the record book for most wins in a single season (2) and most career wins (3). 
Redshirt senior 
Hayley Jones and junior 
Nicole Rallo followed closely behind, tying for second place at 1-under par (141). Jones had four birdies on the day, with an even par front nine and shot a 72 (1-over) on the back nine in her second round. 
Nicole Rallo improved in her second round, with a very balanced score card. She matched two bogeys with two birdies for an even front nine. Rallo then fired two birdies on the back nine with a bogey to go 1-under on the day (70). 
Freshman 
Maya McVey and senior 
Claire Solovic rounded out the top five Jennies scores. McVey posted a 74 (+3) in her second round, finishing tied for sixth at 3-over par (142). Solovic improved, firing an even-par 71 to tie for ninth place at 4-over par (146).
Redshirt sophomore 
Kiki Bruner and sophomore 
Libby Green also competed as individuals. Bruner finished tied for 15th at 8-over par (150) after posting a 74 (+3) in her second round. Green finished tied for 64th at 24-over par (166) and carded an 84 (+13) on the day. 
Next, the Jennies will be home, hosting the Midwest Classic Oct. 16-17 at Mules National Golf Club in Warrensburg, Mo.
