BOLIVAR/WASHINGTON, Mo. -- Central Missouri Mules and Jennies track and field split teams between the Washington University Distance Carnival and the SBU Bearcat Invitational Friday, April 1.
Highlights from Friday at the SBU Bearcat Invitational
- Rachael Molloy won the hammer throw with a mark of 52.17m (171-01.94) on her fourth attempt. That mark is the ninth-best in school history.
- Michael Waldron placed sixth in a field of 32 in the javelin with a personal-best throw of 59.12m (193-11.56) on his sixth attempt. The mark is the 19th best in NCAA-II this season and sixth-best in program history.
Highlights from Friday at the Washington University Distance Carnival
- Alex Kirk ran a personal-best time of 14:44.67, finishing in 13th place out of 171 runners in the men's 5,000m run.
The Mules and Jennies will conitnue competition at the SBU Bearcat Invitational Saturday, April 2, in Bolivar, Mo.
