WARRENSBURG, Mo. (April 16, 2021) - Central Missouri advances to 7-4 this spring with a win 1-0 victory over Newman Friday night on Jennies Field.
The lone goal of the match came just 30 seconds after kick off as
Caroline Cole found the back of the Jets net with an assist from
Kassie Newsome.
The remaining 94 minutes went scoreless. Central Missouri and Newman each totaled three shots on goal.
The shutout is the Jennies fourth of the season.
Jennies Soccer returns to their home field Sunday, April 18th to host Missouri Southern. Central Missouri will honor it's 2020-21 seniors prior to Sunday's 1:00 p.m. kick off.
