WARRENSBURG, Mo. – Nija Collier scored 25 points and pulled down 12 rebounds to lead the Central Missouri Jennies basketball team to a 60-57 win over the Northwest Missouri State Bearcats Monday, Dec. 13, inside the Multipurpose Building.
The Jennies (6-4, 2-1 MIAA) are scheduled to travel to Joplin, Mo., for an MIAA contest at Missouri Southern Thursday, Dec. 16.
Collier posted a double-double for the eighth game of the season with her 25 points on 8-of-15 shooting, including a 3-for-4 performance from three-point range, and 6-of-9 shooting at the foul line.
Brooke Littrell also reached double figures for UCM, scoring 18 points, while
Olivia Nelson dished out six assists.
Molly Hartnett netted 17 points, pacing the Bearcats (7-2, 3-1 MIAA).
