WARRENSBURG, Mo. (Nov. 20, 2019) - Central Missouri Wrestling is set to take on Mizzou Thursday night in the Mules first dual of the season, followed up with Nebraska-Kearney's Younes Hospitality Open on Saturday.

Mat Notes:
• Central Missouri Mules Wrestling opened their 2019-20 season last weekend competing in the Grand View Open in Des Moines, Iowa.

Dominique Hampton and
Conner Dalton were the only Mules to place at the open. Hampton finished 4-2 on the day to earn the fifth-place finish while Dalton went 3-3 and finished sixth.
• Central Missouri had four falls in the open, led by Goin with two. The Mules also totaled three major decision wins and one technical fall victory.
Dual History vs Mizzou:
• The Tigers lead the all-time series against the Mules 38-6.
• The last dual meeting between the two teams was in 2017. Mizzou defeated Central Missouri 56-0.
• The last time the Mules defeated Mizzou was a 21-15 Central Missouri victory in 2000.
Mules Feed:
• Feeney was UCM's only national qualifier last season at 133 pounds. Feeney took second in the 2019 NCAA Super Regional as the Mules earned a seventh place team finish.
• During the 2018-19 season, UCM had eight place-winners in regular season tournaments and went 2-7 in dual matches.
• Last season academically, the Mules were in the top-20 nationally in the NWCA Academic Poll and two student-athletes,
Allan Person and Hampton earned MIAA Academic Excellence Awards.
