• Central Missouri Mules Wrestling will take on the Ouachita Baptist Tigers in a mid-week dual to close out the month of November on Wednesday, the 29th. Mat action gets started at 6 p.m.
• The Mules and Tigers will battle in a neutral site dual at the Ber High School in Springdale, Ark. This will be the eighth all-time meeting between the two schools.
• UCM has competed in three duals and two tournaments this season. In mid-November the Mules were at the Show-Me-State Duals with Missouri, Truman State, and Missouri Valley. They went 1-2 against the competition and sit at that mark early in the 2017-18 season.
• The Mules two tournaments were at the Baker Open and the Lindenwood Open. At the Baker Open, nine Mules were placewinners, including a champion in Kaleb Warner at 157 pounds. At the Lindenwood Open, UCM had two placewinners in Kaleb Brooks (6th, 157) and Zach Benner (6th, 197).
• UCM has two tournaments left in the calendar year in the Luther Hill Invitational on Dec. 2, and the Midwest Classic on Dec. 16 and 17.
• The Mules will open up the New Year on Jan. 6 when they travel to Mankato, Minnesota for the Maverick Duals.

Series History
Central Missouri vs. Ouachita Baptist: 1-6-0
The Mules and Tigers are set to take each other on for just the eighth time overall. Last year in Warrensburg, UCM led Ouachita Baptist 21-12, but the tigers put together a furious comeback that helped them walk away with 24-21 win. 

Scouting the Competition
Ouachita Baptist
• The Tigers enter this weekend having competed in three tournaments so far this season in teh Oklahoma City University Open, the Maryville Open, and the Lindenwood Open.
• Ouachita Baptist has had wrestlers compete in all but two weight classes in 141 pounds and 174 pounds. Leading the way early on iss Tyler Mann at 165 pounds, with an overall record of 9-4 through three tournaments. At the Lindenwood Open, he went 4-2 to capture a fifth place finish. Mann also placed third at both the OCU Open and in the Elite Division of the Maryville Open.
• Three other wrestlers have seen mat time early in the season with records just under .400 going into Wednesday's dual. Tyson Hume is 4-6 at 125 pounds for the Tigers and was a fifth place finisher at the Maryville Open in the Elite Division. Sean Butler is 3-4 at 157 pounds. Jerhett Lee is 4-6 at 285 pounds this season. He earned a fifth place finish in the Elite Division at the Maryville Open
• Following the dual with UCM, Ouachita Baptist will host the Hatcher Invite on Dec. 2 before closing out the calender year at the Newman Jet Invite and Midwest Classic on Dec. 10 and Dec. 16-17, respectively.
