TOPEKA, Kan. (Oct. 16, 2016)-- The fourth ranked Central Missouri Jennies soccer team closed out their final road game of the regular with a 3-0 win over the Washburn Ichabods on Sunday afternoon. The Jennies improved to 12-1 overall and 6-1 in the MIAA.

Jada Scott both scored for the Jennies in the first half and Scott added another in the second half. Junior goalkeeper
Ana Dilkes grabbed five saves to pick up her 12th win of the season. Dilkes has posted shutouts in every win this season.
The Jennies wasted little time getting on the board with Edwards taking an assist from Scott and scoring her fourth goal of the season when she nailed a straight on shot from 10-yards out. Scott's assist is her is fifth of the season.
Scott added to the Jennies lead in the 31st minute as she took a pass from junior
Megan Woolley and broke away from her defender to score. Woolley's assist is her first of the season.
Scott was not finished there as she scored her second goal of the match in the 81st minute nailing a shot from four yards out. Scott's two goals bumps her total to six for the season.
Offensively, the Jennies finished with 15 total shots and 11 shots on goal.
Defensively, the Jennies played well in their final two road games of the regular season holding each of their opponents to under 10 total shots. For the match, the Jennies held the Ichabods to five total shots all of which were on goal. The Jennies have held every opponent scoreless in their 12 wins this season.
The Jennies will return home for their final four games of the regular season. They start with Missouri Southern on Friday Oct. 21. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
