Alex Yockey's goal in the 84th minute lifted the No. 9 Jennies soccer team to a narrow 1-0 win at Central Oklahoma, extending their win streak to 10 games on Friday night.
The first 83 minutes were not without suspense, as the Jennies (12-0-1, 9-0-0 MIAA) and Bronchos combined for 23 shot attempts. The 84th minute saw Yockey deliver her team-leading seventh goal of the season off a rebound that she put back into an open Bronchos net.
For the second consecutive match, the Jennies were outscored by the opponent, 14-12, but improved to 2-0-0 in such situations in 2014.

Ana Dilkes (12-0-1) picked up her eighth shutout while saving seven shots.
The Jennies improved to 5-0-1 on the road and are 4-3-2 against Central Oklahoma in the all-time series.
UCM will travel to Tahlequah, Oklahoma to battle Northeastern State this Sunday afternoon at 1 p.m.
