2023: Appeared in 44 sets in 16 matches for the Jens... Ended the season with 67 kills (1.52 kills per set), 22 digs, and 10 blocks... Had a season-best 12 kills and four digs against West Florida (Sept. 8)... Recorded a season-high five blocks in the 3-2 victory over UT-Tyler (Sept. 9)... Earned her second consecutive MIAA Academic Excellence and Academic Honor Roll honors for her work in the classroom. 

2022: Played 69 sets in 27 matches making six starts... Finished the season with 195.5 points averaging 2.83 points per set adding 176 kills earning All-MIAA Second Team honors... Finished the season with 45 digs, 20 blocks, nine service aces and four assists... Recorded double-digit kills in ten matches including a season-best 21 against Missouri Southern (Nov. 1)... Posted her first career double-double with a team-high18 kills, a season-best 10 digs and two service aces in the 3-2 victory on the road over Nebraska-Kearney (Oct. 21)... Was a MIAA Academic Excellence and Honor Roll selection for her work in the classroom. 

2021: Saw action in six matches and nine sets...Posted a season-best two kills twice (at MSU Denver Sept. 10, Nebraska Kearney Oct. 8).

In High School: Coming from Parker, Colorado, Tiffany Little joins the Jennies to play outside hitter. At 5-10 Little has great size and has played for a great high school program in Chaparral and club team, the Rocky Elite Volleyball Club. Little was one of six Colorado State seniors to be named AVCA All-Region and four of the six have committed to Division I programs. Little and Chaparral won te 2019 Colorado State 5A State Championship and were runners-up in 2018. In addition to being an AVCA All-Region selection, Little was a First Team Academic All-State honoree and a two-time All-Conference pick. Tiffany was on the Honor Roll all four years and was a 2019 First Team Academic All-State.
