Maddie Jones enters her second season as the Central Missouri Jennies Volleyball Graduate Assistant Coach in 2018, following a stellar four-year playing career for the Jennies that began in 2013.
On the court, Jones finished her career with 123 matches played with 977 kills, 262 blocks and a .294 attack percentage. She was selected the the All-MIAA team all four years, including first team selections as a junior and senior. In 2015, Jones earned an AVCA All-American award after putting up career-bests with 362 kills and a .349 attack percentage. That same year, Jones landed six kills in seven attempts against Lindenwood, for a .867 hitting percentage, which is the fourth-highest for a single game in team history.
Over the course of four years, Jones led the Jennies to a 108-26 record for an 80.6% winning percentage. She also helped the Jennies to four MIAA Championships (two regular season and two tournaments) and three NCAA Regional Tournament appearances.
Jones graduated in 2017 with a degree in Sports Management. Over the course of her four years, she earned a spot on the MIAA Academic Honor Roll all four years, and was twice named an MIAA Scholar-Athlete.
