Cross Country: Ran in four meets for the Jens... Posted a personal-best 6k time of 25:25.2 at the MIAA Championships (Oct. 25)... Had a personal-best time of 20:02.5 in the 5k at the Missouri Southern Stampede (Sept. 20)... Placed 35th at the Brian T. Simpson Invite (Oct. 11) with a 5k time of 20:42.9.

Indoor / Outdoor Track & Field: Did not compete.  

In High School: Goans was a four-time All-State performer in both cross country and track for head coaches Kenny Goans and Austin Baker at California High School... Ran a personal-best 5k time of 19:11 while finishing the 800m run in 2:25... Recorded a personal-best time of 5:18 in the 1600m... Was an All-Conference and All-District selection on the Pinots basketball team. 

Personal: Son of Kenny and Christiane Goans... Majoring in Pre-Med Biology.
