As a Freshman: Played in 14 matches, starting 13 ... in 1289:32 of action, recorded 42 saves, while allowing just seven goals (0.49 allowed per game) ... owned best record as Jenny goalkeeper (9-1-3) ... turned in season-best performance on Nov. 16 against Minnesota State, recording eight saves in a 1-1 tie ... named MIAA Player of the Week for the week of Oct. 16

In High School: Hartzler comes to Central Missouri from Kearney, Missouri where she attended Kearney High School. At Kearney, Hartzler was a four-year letter winner in soccer, first team all-conference and all-district selection. She was also named honorable mention Kansas City All-Metro and honorable mention All-State and was a second team selection on the All-Kansas City Team. She was a team captain as a senior when she was also named Team MVP. While at Kearney Hartzler also lettered in basketball for three years and was a team captain as a senior. She was named to the Kearney Bulldog Classic All-Tournament Team in 2010. Played club soccer for Vlatko Andonovski's Futura FC club team.
