As a Junior: Was an Honorable Mention All-MIAA pick in the outfield after hitting .332 with 13 doubles, a team-high eight triples and 10 home runs while driving in 38 runs...he also stole 15 bases and sported a .982 fielding percentage, committing just two errors ... his eight triples are tied for fifth most in a single-season in program history... was fourth on the team with 20 multi-hit games, also had nine multi-RBI games ... led the team with 59 runs scored ... had a season-high four hits in win over Fort Hays State (Feb. 28) and Northwest Missouri (May 12) ... also drove in a season-high five runs in that same game at Fort Hays State ... went 4-for-5 with a double, home run, 3 RBI and two runs scored in MIAA Tournament win over Northwest Missouri ... named to the Central Regional All-Tournament Team ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and an MIAA Scholar-Athlete with a GPA of at least 3.5 and having earned All-MIAA honors.

Before UCM: Played two seasons for head coach Dave Burroughs at Cowley County Community College ... was a part of two district qualifying teams ... hit .348 with nine home runs and 38 RBI last season ... had a .446 on-base percentage and a .594 slugging percentage.

In high school: Was a two-time All-Conference and All-State honoree at Olathe South High School, playing for head coach Josh Perkins ... was an All-Metro performer and named the Sunflower League Player of the Year ... also lettered in football, earning All-Conference honors as a wide receiver, defensive back and returner ... was a part of 2012 State Championship football team.
