Kayonna Lee will be joining the Jennies bench as a volunteer coach in 2018-19 following a very successful two-year career at Central Missouri. Lee helped the Jennies to back-to-back NCAA Postseason appearances and a National Championship in the 2017-18 season.

Lee was a two-year starter and two-time All-MIAA performer. She twice made the MIAA All-Defensive Team and was named the MIAA Defensive Player of the Year as a senior.

During her two seasons in red and black, Lee played in 64 games averaging 8.7 points per game and 8.6 rebounds per game. She shot 43% from the floor and hit 72.4% of her free throws. She also blocked 68 shots and came away with 87 steals. Lee's 8.6 career rebounding average is ninth-best all-time in UCM history.
