2022-23: Saw action in 29 games...Averaged 3.4 points and 1.4 rebounds per game...Shot 42 percent from three-point range (19-of-45)...Matched her career-high with 10 points at Northeastern State Feb. 25...Snagged a career-best seven rebounds vs. Central Oklahoma in the MIAA Tournament March 2.
2021-22: Played in all 30 games, including seven starts...Averaged 2.6 points and 1.5 rebounds per game...Tallied a career-best 10 points vs. Central Oklahoma Jan. 13...Pulled down a career-high five rebounds at Rogers State Jan. 22.Â
2020-21: Played in nine games...scored a season-high four points against Northeastern State Jan. 21.
In High School: Head Coach Shane Stout has had great success with the Lady Pirates Basketball Program and Ali has played a key role over her time. Ali's efforts have contributed to Piper winning three conference championships and three sub-state championships, with State Tournament finishes of third, third, and second. For her efforts during these seasons, Ali was named an All-Conference, All-Tournament, and All-State performer all three years. Her senior year, Ali was a McDonald's All-American nominee while scoring her 1,000th career point. She was a Class 4A Player of the Year candidate and named Second Team All-State by the Topeka-Capital Journal and the Wichita Eagle. As a junior, Ali set the single season record for three-point shots made at Piper with 83, while leading her team in scoring averaging 17 points per game and shooting 41% from behind the three-point line. She was twice named the Kansas City HyVee Athlete of the Week. Ali played with one of the top programs in the area, Next Level Eclipse Blue Star, under the direction of Gary Brown, Joe Erskine, and Head Coach Jon Lewis. Besides basketball, Ali has participated in volleyball and track during her time at Piper. Ali carried a 3.875 GPA, has been an Honor Roll student every semester at Piper.
