Cross Country: Joined Mules Cross Country in 2019 and competed in five races ... Set a personal-best in the 8K at the MIAA Championships (Oct. 26) running 27:19.1 ... Opened the season with a 22:35.52 for four miles at the SBU Invitational (Sept. 7) ... Competed for UCM at the NCAA Central Region Championship (Nov. 7) where he ran 34:23 for the 10K race. 

Indoor Track: Ran the 800m at the UCM Invitational finishing sixth in 2:05.06

2018-19
Redshirted in 2018-19, did not compete indoors or outdoors. 

2017-18
Indoor Track: Ran at four meets competing mostly in the 800m ... Ran a season-best 2:05.90 at the UCM Classic (Feb. 16) ... In his only 600 yard race, finished in 1:20.99 at the UCM Mule Relays (Jan. 27).

Outdoor Track: In three meets, ran the 800m and competed on 4x400m relay teams ... Improved throughout the season, finishing the year with a season-best 2:00.52 at the UCM Mule Relays (Apr. 20).

In High School: Lettered three times in both track and field and cross country at Shawnee Mission South High School ... Was named All-State in the Sunflower League for track and field and cross country ... Also played basketball and football.
