Ran the 8k at the Greeno / Dirksen Invitational (Sept. 16) in 25:57.7... Crossed the finish line in 26:16.1 at the MIAA Championships (Oct. 20)... Ran the 10k at the Central Region Cross Country Championships (Nov. 4) with a time of 33:11.9... Was a MIAA Academic Honor Roll selection for his work in the classroom.
Indoor Track & Field: Ran in four meets for the Mules... Had a personal-best mile run time of 4:30.51 at the Central Missouri Invitational (Jan. 19) finishing in 6th place... Placed 13th in the 5k at the MIAA Indoor Championships (Feb. 23) with a time of 15:21.27... Ran the 3k at the Washburn Open (Feb. 2) in 8:44.60 taking home 15th place... Was a MIAA Academic Honor Roll selection for his work in the classroom.
Outdoor Track & Field: Competed in four meets for the Mules... Placed third in the 10k with a time of 31:42.32 at the UCM Mule Relays (April 12)... Finished in 14th place at the MIAA Outdoor Championships (May 3) with a time of 31:51.09... Placed 22nd at the David Suenram Gorilla Classic (April 6) with a time of 4:11.21... Ran the 5k at the Washington University Distance Carnival (March 29) in 15:24.42... Was a MIAA Academic Honor Roll selection for his work in the classroom.
2022-23
Cross Country: Competed in five meets for the Mules... Had an eighth place finish in the Border War XC Championships (Oct. 7) with a time of 26:30.5... Ran a personal-best time of 26:06.7 at the MIAA Cross Country Championships (Nov. 5) placing 68th.
Indoor Track: Competed in six meets for the Mules... Placed seventh in the 3k with a time of 9:04.80 at the UCM Invite (Jan. 20)... Ran a personal-best mile time of 4:39.22 placing 11th at the UCM Mule Relays (Jan. 27)... Placed 11th at the Bearcat Invite (Feb. 2) in the 5k with a personal-best 15:50.34... Ran a personal-best 3k of 8:49.23 at the MIAA Championships (Feb. 24) placing 30th.
Outdoor Track: Competed in four meets for the Mules... Finished fourth in the 10k at the UCM Mule Relays (April 14) with a time of 32:55.74... Ran a personal-best 1500m in 4:09.37 at the David Suenram Gorilla Classic (April 8) placing 32nd.
2021-22
Cross Country: Ran in five meets for the Mules... Ran the four mile in 22:50 at the SBU Cross Country Invite (Sept. 4) earning 56th place... Finished the Fort Hays State Tiger Open (Oct. 9) 8K with a season-best 27:46.
Indoor Track: Ran in two meets for the Mules... Ran the 3K at the UCM Invite (Jan. 21) crossing the finish line in 10:02.38... Was a member of the 4x400m relay team that placed eighth at the UCM Mule Relays (Jan. 28) in a time of 3:46.44.
Outdoor Track: Ran in four meets for the Mules... Ran a personal-best 3K at the Southwest Baptist Invitational (April 1) in 9:42.16 earning 10th place... Finished in fifth place in the 5K at the Pittsburg State University Tune-Up (April 23) with a time of 17:19.92.
In High School: Was a two-time All-State selection and four-time state qualifier in cross country under head coach Lee Smith... Was a six-time All-Conference selection and one-time state qualifier in track... Ran a personal best 5K in 17:02, 1600m in 5:00, and 3,200m in 10:18. Was also a four year letter winner in basketball.
