Shane Sweany begins his third season with the Mules basketball program in 2018-19. In his role, Sweany assists the UCM coaching staff with practice, laundry, team travel, meals, and video work. Sweany also helps organize UCM’s annual Elite Camp for potential student-athletes every August.
 
Sweany is a 2016 graduate of Olathe South High School, where he was a three-year member of the varsity team, and is currently pursuing a degree in Sport Management.
