Harris begins his first season as the Mules Graduate Assistant Coach after completing his collegiate career at William Woods University where he was named the Defensive Player of the Year averaging 6.8 points, 3.5 assists, 2.7 rebounds, and 1.9 steals in 25 minutes per contest. Prior to his time with the Owls, Harris spent three seasons at Washington Adventist where he was named the team's Defensive Player of the Year during the 2021-22 season. Lavel began his collegiate career at Lincoln College before transferring to Lincoln Christian University in 2019.
