Cody Stratton is in his second season as a student assistant for the Mules. Stratton transferred to UCM in the Fall of 2017 after spending the 2016-17 school year at the University of Northern Iowa.
 
In his role with the Mules, Stratton will assist the coaching staff with video responsibilities/editing, practice, laundry, and team travel among other things. Stratton is a 2016 graduate of Des Moines Christian High School. He is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from UCM.
